I got this as a gift and I’m afraid to tell the person I got it from that this camera and app isn’t that great. I want to like this camera, but the app is useless for me. also trying to contact the app developer is confusing, it sends you to a site that you aren’t even sure if it’s for this product and app. I let it charge to full capacity the first time I used it and after a few minutes of just going through the setup I lost a bar of charge. The instructions aren’t clear on much except for the main setup of the camera itself. This camera has more features for android users than iPhone users. There is no support to help with this issue other than YouTube tutorials. I have issues getting my camera connected to WiFi, I googled tips and tricks and I can connect to the WiFi only in airplane mode, good but then when I go to the next step on my camera screen after connecting the app loses the WiFi connection.
I was excited to try this out, not so much anymore.
